Your Mission

As Procurement Digital Transformation Director, you will lead the strategic evolution of Alstom's global procurement digital landscape. You will define and execute the digital roadmap, drive adoption of cutting-edge tools including AI and GenAI, and ensure alignment with our 3-year strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation

Define strategy, standards, and goals for procurement processes and applications
Accountable for the procurement global digital roadmap and tool performance
Ensure alignment and adoption across the procurement community
Manage relationships with IS&T (Information Systems & Technology) towers

Team Management

Lead and develop the Business Process Owner team
Ensure target achievement and timely delivery
Promote ethical conduct and Alstom's Code of Ethics

What You Bring

15-20 years of experience indigital transformationwithin large industrial companies
Proven success inAI/GenAI implementationin procurement
Strong leadership and communication skills in multicultural environments
Expertise inSAP Ariba, ECC, S4, and data analytics
Fluent in English with an international mindset

Your Background

Degree from aBusiness or Engineering school(Information Systems or IT)
Master's in Purchasing (preferred)
