We are looking for our futureSite Continuous Improvement Manager?

Your role

You'll play a key role in transforming operational practices to create a tangible and sustainable impact. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as signalling and infrastructure departments), drive continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of collective and collaborative progress, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of consolidating multi-year improvement plans, while also fostering alignment and engagement across teams.

We'll look to you for:

Consolidating a multi-year plan based on existing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the D&IS France BeLux strategy at the operational level.
Fostering and animating a Progress community to promote alignment, empowerment, and engagement around shared objectives.
Promoting and disseminating best practices to establish a visible, structured, and sustainable culture of progress.
Leading continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma) with a focus on results and operational impact.
Analyzing root causes of challenges and implementing corrective and preventive actions aligned with the site's operational excellence strategy.
Optimizing key processes, such as contract requirement capture or the prototyping of complex functions.
Developing subcontracting plans that align with operational needs and constraints.
Supporting transformation and change by fostering collaboration, skill development, and the adoption of new practices.
Contributing to the evolution of operational practices towards more efficient, connected, and strategically aligned standards of excellence.

All about you

A degree in engineering, management, or equivalent field.
Significant experience in the industrial sector, particularly in development (e.g., rail, aerospace, defense, naval).
A Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
Demonstrated experience in transformation projects or Kaizen initiatives.
Strong ability to influence and unite teams without direct hierarchical authority.
Natural leadership skills and sharp analytical abilities.
Willingness to work on the ground and understand operational needs.
Excellent communication and teaching skills.
A structured and collaborative approach to project work.
