Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.
Could you be the full-time System Train Control Engineer in Saint-Ouen (near Paris) we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your systems engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and rigorous teammates and play a key role in designing and integrating a critical subsystem in the field of train control, contributing directly to the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of mobility solutions.
You'll ensure the seamless integration of subsystems into our trains, making a direct impact on the quality and reliability of our solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams such as Train System Engineers (TSE), interior engineers, RAMS and validation engineers, and train control teams. You'll also manage relationships with internal partners like ADM/T&P and external suppliers for electronic solutions.
You'll specifically take care of defining the architecture and functionalities of subsystems (e.g., PACIS, CCTV, multimedia, event recorders, ground-to-train communication, ATC safety equipment) and their integration into the train, while ensuring compliance with functional and performance requirements.
We'll look to you for:
Providing technical documentation for the subsystem, including requirement and architecture specifications (RSAD), technical purchasing specifications (TPS), and interface control documents (ICD).
Defining and implementing functional, performance, and cross-functional requirements for the dedicated subsystem.
Ensuring the mechanical and electrical integration of the subsystem into the train by defining the necessary interfaces.
Validating the subsystem's performance at the train level, including design reviews.
Managing configuration and change processes related to the subsystem.
Analyzing the impact of modifications and ensuring rigorous control of design changes.
Planning and monitoring all subsystem-related activities, adhering to deadlines and quality requirements.
Collaborating with engineering, validation, sourcing teams, suppliers, and production units.
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

Experience or understanding of systems engineering processes.
Proficiency in a systems engineering methodology, such as SysML.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Skills in project management and activity tracking.
Adaptability to complex and constantly evolving technical environments.
Things you'll enjoy:
